Was there on Friday to pick up a click and collect which is stated online to be ready in an hour. No confirmation email but I take the screenshot as advised by the website when I pay as this is a known issue. Go in and they don't have my order ready or a record of it. I ask if they have them in stock, show my proof of payment and confirmation number.
