Tall worker with brown curly hair was very kind and very helpful. I put on my new shoes right away in store— and they were chill with that. Unfortunately, the Platypus website was not accurate regarding the shoes that I wanted being in stock.
Didn't really like any of the shoes , boring selection.
They simply forgot about us and kept serving people who arrived after us. We understand it’s busy, but we waited and waited, and they literally brought shoes to people who came after us.
