I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my experience today. The manager on duty was rude and unhelpful. If people are placed in these roles, it’s important they’re properly trained in customer service and know how to treat customers politely and respectfully.
Amanda was the staff member who processed the order for shoes yesterday evening, stating the socks were free but when I checked receipt today. I was charged separately around $19.99 for the socks. I asked her if I did not want the socks, can I just get the shoes with the discount applied on them. She was rude in responding and said “I already told you, either you can get socks for free or the sneaker protector and socks both for $10”.
