Great customer service by Lani. Exchanged and sent away for another pair of Docs for me on Sunday. They arrived first thing today (Tuesday). Nothing was an issue, she was so friendly and helpful (especially when I was indecisive). Thanks Lani! You’re a legend.
After a poor experience at the Charlestown store, came to Kotara where we were instantly greeted and helped by the staff here. Purchases our shoes without hassle. Staff here are always pleasant and helpful..
Got some of the ultra mini platform UGGs. The staff were lovely but they had to look up for me if the UGGs were actually real sheepskin or polyester when I asked. They said they were sheepskin, but upon later researching the exact type I bought they are not sheepskin at all - they are a blend of polyester and upcycled wool. Would suggest doing your own research before going in store.
Recently purchased a pair of Converse Omega trainers. The girl that served me on the Sunday was lovely however my experience with the Store Manager on the Tuesday was very different. I put my shoes on the following day and as I walked in my house they were squeaking with every step. I took them off not wanting to do any damage to the sole so that I could return them obviously not wanting squeaky shoes. Who does? Shout out to Taylor! On Thursday I went into the store to exchange a pair of shoes I had ordered online for a different pair. Taylor was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my details were correct, especially my address, and even showing me the new shoes on his screen to ensure they were the correct ones. He went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. And not only that but my new shoes arrived the following day! Thanks Taylor and the Platypus team!
