Yesterday I went into store to look at the NB9060’s as I am always after new funky colours. You didn’t have any but I would recommend ordering some bright colours in as I’ll be your number one customer. Anyway… I am ADDICTED to Hello Kitty and recently went to Japan. What fantastic service! We had ordered some shoes online, and the incorrect size was sent. We took them in store to Kotara, and was served by Rachael. She was so helpful. She empathised with the sizing issues with the website, sourced the correct sizes for both pairs, and even arranged for them to be shipped immediately - which they were as I had the tracking link within the next hour. Great customer service by Lani. Exchanged and sent away for another pair of Docs for me on Sunday. They arrived first thing today (Tuesday). Nothing was an issue, she was so friendly and helpful (especially when I was indecisive). Thanks Lani! You’re a legend.
After a poor experience at the Charlestown store, came to Kotara where we were instantly greeted and helped by the staff here. Purchases our shoes without hassle. Staff here are always pleasant and helpful..
Got some of the ultra mini platform UGGs. The staff were lovely but they had to look up for me if the UGGs were actually real sheepskin or polyester when I asked. They said they were sheepskin, but upon later researching the exact type I bought they are not sheepskin at all - they are a blend of polyester and upcycled wool. Would suggest doing your own research before going in store.
