I came here the other day and was very impressed with the customer service I received from the young gentleman behind the counter. As soon as my mother and I walked in, we were greeted by a young man with blond hair. Unfortunately I did not catch his name. My mother and I were buying some shoes, and he happily helped us the whole time and provided his opinion which really helped. He was very friendly, polite and good to talk to (a very good sales man). I had been set on a pair of Dr Martin’s for awhile and when I came in to try them on the manager there, Siobhann, gave me all the help I needed! When I found that they weren’t a good fit for me she grabbed out another pair which looked and felt so much better! Thank you to the team there!!
