Went in today looking at shoes for my daughter. Anna was very helpful, picking out multiple different sizes. in the end, the correct size was not available in store so she arranged a home delivery rather than having to come back to the store which is a great service. I then had a bit of an issue using a gift card/credit note that had been issued by another platypus store - Zac and Anna went above and beyond to assist me with resolving the issue.. i honestly think most people would just put it in the too hard basket, but they... read more
