I had an extremely good experience with Jobi (hopefully I got that right!) she was LOVELY and so helpful. We had to order a pair of shoes to my house because they didn’t have any sizes, so each time they showed up and unfortunately didn’t fit, she went through the trouble of refunding and repurchasing the next size to my house again. She literally went through this like three times and her patience did not go unnoticed. Extremely grateful for such good service.
I visited the store today at lunchtime. While the colour I was looking for wasn’t available in-store, the staff member was very patient, helpful, and explained that the item was available at DFO. Really appreciated the great customer service and friendly assistance. Thank you!
