Today I was helped in your store by the wonderful Scarlett, she was so kind and encouraging and knowledgeable, I want to thank her. I tried on quite a few shoes that I ended up loving, and I bought some Pumas, and Scarlett made it a great customer service experience ~ thank you very much!
I went in today and was served by two lovely girls at around lunchtime. They helped me with an order I had received from ordering online, and spent time helping me to order the right shoes as I received two different coloured shoes in my order. The girls were so helpful, understanding and kind! Thank you and will definitely be repurchasing at this store
Had a lovely lady who serve me today I was getting a present for my partner he mention to me he like the shoes he has but getting very old this lovely lady could pick out the shoes from just looking at the photo ! What great customer service will be back again !! ❤️
