I had my 9 yr old sine at this store and we were served by Breanna and as my sons foot it in between sizes atm Breanna went through countless pairs of shoes and brands trying to find one that was right we were in the shop about 40 mins and for that whole time Breanna was extremely patient, helpful and willing to help you could see and tell she wanted to help and was very happy to. Today I was helped in your store by the wonderful Scarlett, she was so kind and encouraging and knowledgeable, I want to thank her. I tried on quite a few shoes that I ended up loving, and I bought some Pumas, and Scarlett made it a great customer service experience ~ thank you very much!
I went in today and was served by two lovely girls at around lunchtime. They helped me with an order I had received from ordering online, and spent time helping me to order the right shoes as I received two different coloured shoes in my order. The girls were so helpful, understanding and kind! Thank you and will definitely be repurchasing at this store
