Horrible experience with customer service today at Vic Gardens. 2 people, no customers. I needed assistance and got the bare minimum as they were chatting with each other the whole time. When I was given a pair of shoes, the female assistant went back to chatting. I had to lose the laces and with no offer of any help to loosen the other shoe for me. Visited the store because I heard Peppa pig was in the centre and I decided to pop in for the meet n greet. Sadly, Peppa was done taking pictures by the time it was my turn so I decided to stop by the platypus store. They had some great new options so at least I got some sweet new shoes from the lovely workers there. Everything worked out in the end!
I usually pop in here on my way to the supermarket and the staff are always so lovely and helpful! There's new stock every time to build my shoe collection 😁
