I went to platypus north lakes the other week to find some new work shoes! I’m a very picky customer when it comes to this, however Portia! The absolute gem, was amazing. She helped me for over an hour pull the shop apart to find me the perfect fit. Her vibe was awesome and we had some good laughs which made the experience enjoyable. I felt like a pain in the butt but she kept reassuring me that I was not bothering her with my pickiness. love love love her thanks again Portia
I went into the store today to get a new pair of shoes for work & I think the young girl who served me was Lilly & she was so friendly & helpful & understood just what I needed & I was so happy with my purchase I will definitely be back
Unfortunately i do not remember the beautiful young lady’s name, but she had curly hair and very baggy clothes on. She was beyond helpful and accommodating with myself and my son helping us find our perfect pair of new shoes for our family’s annual road trip.She was kind and patient as well as being so incredibly informative on what shoes would be best for our needs. What an incredible employee. Thank you platypus team!
