Unfortunately i do not remember the beautiful young lady’s name, but she had curly hair and very baggy clothes on. She was beyond helpful and accommodating with myself and my son helping us find our perfect pair of new shoes for our family’s annual road trip.She was kind and patient as well as being so incredibly informative on what shoes would be best for our needs. What an incredible employee. Thank you platypus team!
I went into this store a few days ago and got greeted by such a lovely girl i think her name was lily, she made me feel comfortable and was such an amazing help finding exactly the shoe i wanted, so thank you lily, best customer service ive ever received

Great staff excellent service
I went into the store a couple days ago looking for an oddly specific brand of shoe, colour and size which I’d expect would be slightly annoying. I was greeted by this gorgeous smile, from memory I believe her name was Martha. Even though we did not find what I was looking for… she suggested other types of shoes I might like. We had a lovely conversation which was very welcoming and comforting given I am quite socially awkward. I would 100% go back not even to buy shoes but simply just to talk to her. Truly an amazing soul.
