Usually like this store… Staff stood talking as I looked around. Went to ask for assistance and was treated like I was interrupting. Condescending assistance recieved. Stick to online.
I never buy shoes because I struggle so much, but was so easy, in and out in 10 minutes, and feel pain free, I didn't ask the name of the person who helped me, but was this guy with ginger hair and piercings, was very funny, we spoke about Shadow and that made my brain happy, if I ever need to buy shoes again, Ill go back here, experience 10/awesome possum 🦫 (there wasn't a possum emoji ╥﹏╥)
I went in over the weekend to get some new joggers. Alex was wonderful and not only got me into a much more comfortable pair of shoes but showed me how to actually clean and care for them. 100% will go back again!
I went to Platypus over the weekend and Im still blown away by the service, the center was so busy but everyone was so lovely, the guy with ginger hair helped us and he was so funny, next time i need some runners I'll go there!! Give this man a raise ✨
