I never buy shoes because I struggle so much, but was so easy, in and out in 10 minutes, and feel pain free, I didn't ask the name of the person who helped me, but was this guy with ginger hair and piercings, was very funny, we spoke about Shadow and that made my brain happy, if I ever need to buy shoes again, Ill go back here, experience 10/awesome possum 🦫 (there wasn't a possum emoji ╥﹏╥)
I went in over the weekend to get some new joggers. Alex was wonderful and not only got me into a much more comfortable pair of shoes but showed me how to actually clean and care for them. 100% will go back again!
I went to Platypus over the weekend and Im still blown away by the service, the center was so busy but everyone was so lovely, the guy with ginger hair helped us and he was so funny, next time i need some runners I'll go there!! Give this man a raise ✨
Came in to purchase a new pair of New Balance runners last week that I had seen online. Found them quickly myself on the wall however received no service at all. The two employees (a tall man with red hair and shorter girl with purple hair I think) kept to themselves behind the counter laughing and chatting away. If I can give 0 star, I will. Totally terrible experience and totally waste of our time there. I went to this shop yesterday. A few shoes labeled sale with discounted price on shelf. I chose one pair and tried with perfect fit. Then I prepared to pay at the counter. The staff scan the shoes then told me that the discounted price tag was a mistake and they can't sell it to me on that price.
