Great experience returning my shoes the other day. Even though it was extremely busy, the kind young man Xavier took time out of his busy day to assist me with finding an alternative shoe to swap it from.
Bought two pairs of shoes and needed to exchange both. Did the exchange this afternoon—quick, hassle-free process with great service. The salesperson was friendly, patient, and really helpful.
