For real customer service at it’s absolute finest! Jorja in Chermside was so so incredible, I was on the phone to her asking to swap over some shoes that I ordered in with click and collect. Jorja was so good on the phone knew exactly what I needed and put the shoes aside for me. Mind you it’s crazy Christmas time at the moment so super busy. I wish I’d got the names of the two lovely girls who helped me this weekend, I had bought a couple pairs of shoes off the website and was sent the wrong size in a pair of pink converse that were on sale, so I was sure there would be none left. The girls helped me find the right size (turns out my normal size would have been wrong anyway) and organised to have the new pair sent to my house. They just arrived today and they are perfect!! Thank you, gorgeous ladies who worked on Saturday, you are legends!
Tatiana was really helpful getting me into the right pair of shoes. Being a size 14 is a challenge and she was great.
