I had the absolute best experience at Platypus Shoes Chermside, all thanks to Lachie and the amazing store manager! I came in to return a pair of shoes that I had bought twice (once in store and once online). Lachy actually clutched up with the service. Usually shoe shops struggle to come to you when you first walk in. Not lachy. Helped me find a great pair of shoes. Bro has the best style.

All I can say is AMAZING customer service from the lovely staff member (I believe her name was Keeley or Kierley). She was incredibly helpful and really knew what she was talking about.
