So helpful! ✨
The return process for shoes purchased at a different store, along with an offer voucher provided online, could have been a little complicated. However, the staff member, Eri*** (I didn’t ask for her name directly, but this was the name shown on the receipt), was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the process. I wanted to express my appreciation for her excellent service, so I’m leaving a review for the first time. Thank you so much!

So good! One of the workers there Brooklyn was so helpful, helped my son pick out his shoes. She gave us multiple shoes to test out and was extremely nice and welcoming. Would definitely come here again.
