So good! One of the workers there Brooklyn was so helpful, helped my son pick out his shoes. She gave us multiple shoes to test out and was extremely nice and welcoming. Would definitely come here again.
Edit (18/03/26): I returned to the store today and the manager was extremely helpful and apologetic about the mix-up. The issue was resolved quickly on the spot and the price difference was adjusted in my favour. Really appreciate how this was handled — I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Very disappointing experience at Platypus Tea Tree Plaza. The staff member serving me appeared distracted and disorganised. After trying on several pairs and telling her I wanted three pairs, she only brought one pair to the counter and started processing it. I had to bring the other two pairs up myself. When I got home I realised one of the pairs boxed was completely the wrong model compared to what’s listed on my receipt, meaning the shoes were incorrectly packed.
