Aloha, I just wanted to relay what an amazing disposition Finn from Whitfords had over the phone. He was so patient and kind over the 7 minute call checking several shoes in store, and at other stores, offering to go out of his way to assist me just to exchange a shoe. First time in store today. Great service,very friendly and not pushy at all. Didnt get the guys name but was very helpful. Didnt have my size in stock, ordered to be delivered free of charge.

Great store. Used to buy my son his shoes here as he has enormous feet and reasonable prices as well. Only thing I found weird was a woman in the back filming tok tiks or instagramming or whatever you call it which felt strange. Will come back for sure

Went in to look at sneakers and Spencer helped us out. Despite being busy he was attentive, listened to what we wanted and showed us another option to what we were looking at and what was much better suited for me. We were both very impressed with his service. You don't often come across customer service like that.
