Have been sitting in the middle of the store for over 20 minutes on a quiet Thursday. I'm the only one in the store and not a single person has come to serve me. 3 team members behind the counter having their own little social. Yet here I sit completely ignored. Well done Team
I do not comment on people but the girl who approached me this afternoon should know this. I went to get two pairs of shoes at Westfield platypus, the staff there “blonde hair” was so rude she literally put up shoes back to the display wall and didn’t even let me try it out properly my God ! why would you be so rude ? I had an amazing experience at Platypus thanks to the fantastic help from the store manager and sales assistant, both of whom were incredibly kind and efficient. My partner needed to exchange a pair of shoes, and these two ladies made the whole process so smooth.
