Had an excellent experience at the Platypus store in Haymarket, Sydney. A staff member wearing a hat and singlet went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes, I think his name was Daniel. He was super knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just pointing at shelves. The whole process was easy, relaxed, and honestly enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare and he made the visit 10/10.
