I purchased Crocs online, but the right pair is slightly bigger than the left one. I went to the Parramatta Westfield store to explain the issue and request an exchange. I spoke with one of the staff members, and she confirmed that one shoe was bigger than the other. However, the manager, Clay de Souza, came over and said he could not offer an exchange or refund. A lovely gentleman named Daniel was an absolute pleasure to deal with. After visiting almost five different stores trying to find this specific school shoe for my daughter, he finally delivered. Daniel was incredibly helpful, patient, and truly went above and beyond in his customer service. Extremely disappointed with the service at this store. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no regard for customer needs. They were dismissive, chatting among themselves and rude to us. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here.
Salesgirl was too busy putting price stickers on shoes to serve me. My son wears size 15 shoes so it’s better to ask if they have any in stock first, regardless of style, as they’re few and far between. She couldn’t tell me whether they had any and so I had to ask her to check on her computer. What an inconvenience that was for her!
