Shoutout to Rayan and Fahmi for their excellent customer service and assistance at Platypus Shoes Essendon Fields. They both went above and beyond in helping me find the right pair of shoes during my recent visit. The way Rayan and Fahmi conducted themselves is a credit to the organisation. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes in March and wore them twice in April, experiencing some discomfort on both occasions. When I wore them a third time, I discovered that my right foot had been grazed due to a protruding piece inside the right shoe. I visited the store to seek assistance, and the two staff members at the counter acknowledged that the shoe appeared to be faulty. I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. I asked for help finding my size, and while one staff member did bring me a size, he didn’t stay to assist further. I needed to try a different size, and when I raised my hand to get someone’s attention, I was completely ignored. The staff were standing around the counter, chatting with each other and using their phones instead of helping customers. It felt like they had no interest in assisting me or anyone else.
