I was quite particular when it came to the women's shoes I was looking for and was probably annoying (😅) but she brought many different shoes to me when I'd 'update' the brief on what I was looking for but not too many that I became overhwlmed with options. Today at 10:40, I tried to exchange a product I purchased three days ago, with all the tags intact and unused. The woman at the register flatly refused to exchange the product, and her attitude left much to be desired. Please ensure that your employees are informed about the most basic consumer rights law.
If you're considering buying gifts and aren't absolutely certain about the size or color, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Platypus will go to great lengths to avoid granting product exchanges, even for unworn shoes with all tags intact. My son simply tried the shoes on for less than a minute to check the size, and they still refused to accommodate a simple exchange.
