Today at 10:40, I tried to exchange a product I purchased three days ago, with all the tags intact and unused. The woman at the register flatly refused to exchange the product, and her attitude left much to be desired. Please ensure that your employees are informed about the most basic consumer rights law.
If you're considering buying gifts and aren't absolutely certain about the size or color, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Platypus will go to great lengths to avoid granting product exchanges, even for unworn shoes with all tags intact. My son simply tried the shoes on for less than a minute to check the size, and they still refused to accommodate a simple exchange. Shaqira is absolutely fantastic. If you had the variety of shoes in the store I would be buying from here only because the customer service this lady provides makes me want to come in here and no other shoe store in toowoomba.
Had a top notch experience this afternoon when I had the pleasure of being served by jazz and Lauren. Upon walking it to their well kept establishment, I explained that my mates were getting me dripped out and needed assistance with sock choice. They both knew exactly where to point me the ‘2 for $30’ deal on white socks, exactly what I needed for the ultimate drip. Despite the negative reviews, these guys are great. 10/10 service.
