Undeniably BEST customer service ever. Chirnside Park Platypus refunded me some Asics shoes after 6 months of experiencing pins and needles in my feet. I have diabetes and they were not the right size. Platypus you have retained a customer and I will be singing your praises for many years to come. Excellent customer service from Chirnside Park Platypus. Ordered online and one size too big. Returning for exchange at CP was easy and Maddie so helpful.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sadly, the store was seemingly out of every shoe size and colour of multiple brands, but we were told we could get the shoes we wanted shipped free of charge. Ultimately I went with another pair in store.
Purchased two pairs of shoes for my son at Christmas. they were one size too small. He returned to the store with both pairs, unworn with the receipt to get the next size up. because we had purchased in a pre Christmas sale they made him pay the difference as the shoes were no longer on sale.
