Love this store
Great vibe in store and Amira was so helpful. I went in to buy a specific pair of shoes, the colour I wanted was not available so she offered to order them and have them delivered to my house. Not only was she friendly and efficient, but very knowledgeable about the product I was after; 100% deserving of these 5 stars.
Came instore and brought exactly what I wanted all thanks to the wonderful service I got from Samantha. She made my shopping experience so simple. Definitely going back there.
Returned to platypus bateau bay the next day and Amira was 100% more helpful than the casual employee on the previous visit. Great service and even apologised for her co worker's lack of work ethic. I will definitely return to buy another pair of shoes from Amira.
