we were served with lowsy service, lady who helped us was not kind, rolled her eyes and spoke down to us, like we were meant to know everything we were asking about. was not happy with the service we recieved.
Lovely girl Eli maybe she was manger She was so professional and a delight. Her service was incredible went out of her way to help me.
Imagine, this is shoe shop and they don't have size measure equipment....
It was alright but you guys need to fix your tags. $250 and $150 is such a big difference. And then to tell me oh I can't do anything it's not an official tag? It's been pinned on by a staff member? It's stupid that you can tag a pair of shoes $100 less than it actually is and pin it down to a "mistake" pretty big mistake, wish I didn't check out but felt too overwhelmed after feeling stupid and having to prove what the tag said, at that point to say much. Thanks for that. Unpleasant.
