I had the best experience today at this shop. I was looking for a bargain and it is always a bit of a hit or miss when looking for what is on sale. Today was a huge hit. Scored myself some Vans for $20. The best thing was the Staff. There was a young fellow from South Africa and he was amazing with the service. Big ups to the staff.
I've literally just walked out of this store after having been in for the past 15 minutes. Not a single greeting, even though a staff member walked behind me to check something on a shelf and I was clearly looking for something. 2 girls and a guy... hanging out behind the counter just chatting away. No interest in helping anyone at all. When the bricks and mortar stores are gone, this will be why. Pity as I'm a sneaker guy and would likely have walked out with a few pairs, as the deals were pretty good.

we were served with lowsy service, lady who helped us was not kind, rolled her eyes and spoke down to us, like we were meant to know everything we were asking about. was not happy with the service we recieved.
