Hi Team, I just visited Platypus Cockburn today at around 3:13 PM and I was very disappointed with the behaviour of the attending staff. My son asked for a shoe size, and when it did not fit, we requested one bigger size. The girl at the counter did not greet us and appeared unhappy that we asked for another size. Her facial expressions and attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When she brought the new box, she simply placed it on the table, opened the box without saying a word, and walked away.
