I went to Cockburn today not expecting to get shoes but went past platypus just to have a look around. Can't resist sale signs. Thanks to one of the friendliest and most helpful team members, Charlease, I walked out with not only new shoes but also socks and canvas spray! I’ve never bought shoe care products before, but after the time and attention Charlease gave me, I couldn’t resist. Amazing service she really made my day

10/10 Experience at Platypus! I popped into Platypus recently, and I have to say it was one of the most refreshing and genuinely lovely retail experiences I’ve had in a long time.
