Wanted to say how happy I was with the service I received today at Platypus Cockburn. Sweets who served me was just amazing. I struggled to find a comfortable shoe to fit my wide feet and orthotics and she has been the only one who has ever suggested to try a man’s shoe because they are a half size bigger than a woman shoe size. I visited the Platypus store in Cockburn on Monday 29th of December at around 10:00am to complete an exchange. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the behaviour of the staff member assisting me. The blonde lady working at the time did not greet me or acknowledge me when I approached the counter. There was no attempt at friendly or basic customer interaction.
