I am writing this review after an absolutely sickening experience with the manager of this store. While he may show himself as charismatic and nice, what I overheard from him was nothing short of vile. He openly made racist, extremist remarks. I was horrified. Needs to sell infant shoes
I just came in after experiencing somerl relatively average service from every store I could find in both the plaza and kawana SW. I walked into Platypus and was greeted by a guy called "Max". Max was warm, lovely and possibly the best attendant that's ever helped me. He listened to what I needed and offered every possibility and more to make sure I got what I wanted. I ended up buying double because his suggestions were so good. If there is an employee of the month award. Please choose Max! Thanks again
