I was served today by Chloe and her buddy, who helped me exchange my first ever crocs which were a gift by my son. Chloe also said i could get a discount if i was to spend $20 ..so i decide to buy some gibets/jibets and i did indeed receive a great discount indeed! The ladies were both charming, professional and very helpful. Thank you Chloe and buddy.
Clean store with a good shoe range. We had to wait a while to try on shoes; even though it wasn’t busy with customers the staff were busy doing other work.
Rang yesterday , was explained i could return shoes as a christmas present , wrong size , when also explained size none in stock , asked for money back as had reciept was told sorry unable has been bought on credit card , explained made arrangements with another store who had my size then was offered a gift card only to be used in there store , bad service if you shop with cards you will have a problem with christmas presents ....go elsewhere ....
Dont even answer their phones goes straight to voice mail then hangs up ..one star for customer service!!!
