Bridget at the Altona gate Platypus is so helpful and lovely to talk to, super friendly and welcoming! I was confused about the shoe sizing and she was great at explaining, brought 2 pairs of shoes today and some sneaker protector.
Unfortunately cant tell if the shoes are good as the rude pair of female staff on 30/6 made me leave in a hurry. I can now see I’m not the only one! Last year I overlooked the apathetic attitude but now realise I wasnt wrong. If Platypus wants to sell more stock, I suggest you give your employees anti bullying & customer relations training.
