I visited Platypus on Friday night and was helped by Bella, who provided absolutely amazing customer service. She was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help me find the right shoes. Bella took the time to answer my questions, check sizes, and make sure I was happy with my choice. I have shopped here twice now. Staff are so polite and very helpful. Shoes yesterday for our daughter were sold out they were happy to have them sent out to my house. I was a little hesitant as daughter wanted them right away but delivery came this morning at 1030am. Less then 24hrs. With their great range of top brands and very competitive pricing I couldn't recommend this store/ company enough . Great work
