Rema (I hope I got that right!) was amazing!! So helpful and attentive, I would buy everything in the store because of her! She is so friendly and knows her stuff. Definitely recommend visiting!
I needed a refund for an online purchase in-store, which is permitted under their policy. Went into the store today and the customer service and professionalism from both Joshua and Cassie was top notch. Both were very attentive and Joshua helped me find the ASICS I was looking for. Will definitely be going back to the store.
Went in yesterday looking for a pair of sneakers for my high school son, spent more than 5 mins and the workers couldn't great me or try to help me as they normally do when you go to such kind of shops, both workers who were there.
