Rema (I hope I got that right!) was amazing!! So helpful and attentive, I would buy everything in the store because of her! She is so friendly and knows her stuff. Definitely recommend visiting!
I needed a refund for an online purchase in-store, which is permitted under their policy. However, the store attendant seemed inexperienced and, after making me wait for 30 minutes, told me he was unable to process the refund. When I eventually spoke to the manager, Joshua on the phone, he informed me that I was only entitled to a store credit and made it clear that I had no other option.
