I called the store on Monday afternoon, I spoke with a young gent and asked about doc martens , I was in need of a replacement as mine are worn out. I asked about “ weird “ bindings. Went in to buy Birkenstocks, I asked if the ones they had on the shelf were narrow or wide fit and soft or regular sole, the lady said ummm I don’t think they came in different fits, I said they do, she said we only sell them we don’t know anything about them sorry….
