The staff at Plenty Valley are the most helpful and polite people I have come across, I bought some shoes online which were too big, I took them to the store today, 8/10 they happily measured me up and swapped my shoes, and I’ll get free delivery to my home, i recieved a notification 2 hours later from StarTrack that they were on board and to be delivered in two days, will never shop anywhere else!!!

Staff too worried about talking on the phone at the computer about the roster instead of serving the customer standing in front of them! Don't even bother going there! I just put the shoe back and left! Waste of time!

The lady working here at 9:50 am on the 23/12/24 on saturday was so rude! Didnt welcome me, i was waiting for 5 minutes, whilst she was just on her phone, looking up every now and then and back to her phone. So what ever was more important on her phone, lost a customer and $$. I'm quite disgusted in this behaviour and will mot be gping there again. Poor customer service and very disappointing. No professional at all.
