Very disappointing customer service this evening around 7pm. Came in looking to purchase some shoes. Staff didn’t even acknowledge me the entire time I was in store. Sat around waiting for any help in regard to sizing or availability- may as well have been invisible. Won’t bother returning here.
Today (2nd April ) I had the pleasure in meeting Your lovely staff members. Neil and another young man. Both are an asset to your company Charming and helpful young men happy with my purchase but extremely happy with the service I received from Neil and information. Well done guys.

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ It was a pleasure to meet cheerful Neil today, and he helped me with a faulty item without wasting any time. I have been to all other stores around, but this store always has outstanding staff with the best customer service attitudes. This could be the best Platypus store in Melbourne!
I’m kicking myself that I don’t remember the name of the person who helped us, especially because of how impressive they were. Customer satisfaction, product knowledge and personable skills were all well above average and exceeded expectations. This legend was able to find the shoes my niece ’needs so badly’ and crown me ‘the best Aunty ever’.
