received fantastic service from a guy called Alexa. he was really helpful and really nice! he helped me find the most comfortable pair of shoes and was really patient with me trying on so many pairs. i could not recommend him enough, and his efforts and service should be commended.
Went here few days ago and asked the female staff to try on the size of shoes since they dont have they in store, she was very helpful and told me good information about the shoes. Today i went again to exchange the order and she still remembered me and was very nice to help me with everything. It was nice experience, looking forward to coming back purchase more shoes in the future.

Me and my daughter went there today. The staff didn't say hello to us. The staff were approaching other costumer and asking if they need any help, not once we were asked if we need help. 2 staff were just standing near the cashier just chatting. I walked over to the staff with a shoe in my hand so they notice me and they still didn't approach me if i need any assistance. I had to asked if I can borrow a sock so I can try the shoe. Purchased a pair of shoes online this morning as the system said my local store wasn't available for click and collect. I ventured into my local store and they had 13 in the size I wanted. Contacted customer service and they would not cancel my order or issue a refund for delivery. I will have to wait for them now and pay delivery. What good is a click and collect option if its not an option.
