Me and my daughter went there today. The staff didn't say hello to us. The staff were approaching other costumer and asking if they need any help, not once we were asked if we need help. 2 staff were just standing near the cashier just chatting. I walked over to the staff with a shoe in my hand so they notice me and they still didn't approach me if i need any assistance. I had to asked if I can borrow a sock so I can try the shoe. Purchased a pair of shoes online this morning as the system said my local store wasn't available for click and collect. I ventured into my local store and they had 13 in the size I wanted. Contacted customer service and they would not cancel my order or issue a refund for delivery. I will have to wait for them now and pay delivery. What good is a click and collect option if its not an option.
Worst online store experience ever. the store in Wollongong is great tho.
Pretty rude shop assistants. Went there today, 29Feb24 around 1830 and left with a disappointment. Did not say hello when we came in. They did not even offer any assistance when we tried one of their shoes collection. Both of them chatted with each other all the time. Due to this experience, I immediately cancelled my intention to buy a pair of shoes.
Amazing assistance at the wollongong store! Went in without any clue what to gift my friend but with the help of Moey I was able to find the perfect pair of sneakers. Polite , helpful and patient . Thank you Moey 😊
