Had an excellent experience at the Platypus store in Haymarket, Sydney. A staff member wearing a hat and singlet went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes, I think his name was Daniel. He was super knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of just pointing at shelves. The whole process was easy, relaxed, and honestly enjoyable. Customer service like this is rare and he made the visit 10/10.
Totally despondent customer service, slow, unhelpful, and couldn't answer basic questions
I’m from Melbourne and decided to have a look at platypus here in Haymarket. I didn’t buy anything but team member Olivia was so kind and helpful! We had a great chat and it really brightened my day! Well done Olivia :)
Was at west gardens store and the lady there (blond) was so nice and helpful that I ended up buying a shoe. Then few hours later I went to the Haymarket store, but the guy there was so rude, so unpleasant and unprofessional that I couldn’t believe. He was so mad at us for no reason, maybe because he doesn’t need to work or he hates his life. Honestly, that boy with a white shirt on Tuesday was horrible. I’ll never be back there.
