massive thanks to Rose who helped my husband this morning with a pair of shoes. He recently had ankle surgery so needed a good pair of walking shoes. Rose showed him some New Ballances and they were exactly what he was looking for!
Best customer service in Bathurst! Travelled from Sydney to visit a friend & popped in to buy some Nike shoes. I believe the young girl that served me was named Rose? She was such a vibe and very helpful! She didn’t have the shoe I wanted in stock but got me a similar shoe to try on for size and ordered me the shoe I wanted online and covered the shipping costs!!! amazing service!! The store always seems tidy and staff are so friendly and helpful! I came in Thursday night looking for some new joggers and the young girl working went above and beyond for me! I also went in this afternoon and the 2 guys working were also very good! Definitely recommend this platypus!
