Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent variety of shoes available. Online return process is unnecessarily complicated.
Staff didn’t seem to be treating everyone equally. Carrying too much judgement.
Staff at the Westfield Marion store are super friendly and accomodating, helped me to find exactly what I was looking for in the perfect size.
Was served by Chanae or Charmaine (I forgot her name sorry!) and was greeted with the friendliest hello! She helped me size my feet as I haven’t bought a proper pair of shoes for 7 years (I’m a size US10 by the way…) best service ever and I WILL be back! 5 STARS.
