I was served by a lovey girl named Grace and although I had to wait a while as it was very busy, she was very apologetic and gave me such incredible service. She was genuine, helpful, and great at holding conversation. She also talked me into getting socks and sneaker protector which was great as there was a sale! I’m glad there are still some good young people in the world! Thank you Grace.
There are no platypus here i would suggest to change the name for «shoes shop» makes more sense and less disapointement
The lady employee is actively welcome to any customer for the whole time but just keep ignore me even I am keep finding the shoes and also the only one who is trying the size of the shoes,I still purchased the shoes finally but this customer service would be unforgettable for me.
