The lady employee is actively welcome to any customer for the whole time but just keep ignore me even I am keep finding the shoes and also the only one who is trying the size of the shoes,I still purchased the shoes finally but this customer service would be unforgettable for me.
Female employee was quite rude and didn't want my money. Just walked off while I tried a shoe, and never came back.
I had an amazing experience with Annie today at Platypus! She was extremely helpful in finding the style I was after and made me feel extremely comfortable! I’ve shopped here before but honesty this experience was one of the best, Annie helped me find the right size and fit and created a wonderful shopping experience, I will be back!
My recent experience buying a new pair of shoes from platypus was amazing, I couldn’t believe the level of customer service as soon as I walked through the door, The store manager Annie was absolutely amazing in helping me find what I was looking for and gave me some great recommendations! I ended up leaving with two pairs! Recommend plat to anyone that’s looking for some new kicks coming into summer ☀️
I had to jump on here and write a review. The person working today, was really good at their job, and seriously is an asset to this business. I asked for a size and they got me multiple shoes to try and styles within the one I liked. The shoe I liked the best they didn't have in stock in my size and they immediately made it super easy for me to buy the shoe in store and have it shipped to my house.
