Friday afternoon, I went into Platypus shoes to return some shoes that were too small, the sales person who helped me was incredibly helpful and had great chat while she processed my refund…. so nice to find a helpful happy person in a store, Would definitely go back after having such a good shopping experience, 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction

Had great customer service, the lady working was very helpful and patient, great hospitality, the stores nice and tidy, nice range of shoes.
Hi I came in last Saturday to to buy some shoes the manager was very dismissive ,rude, and on her mobile phone she did not acknowledge that I had walked in whatsoever what kind of customer service has she been taught. Was very appalling and will not be coming back to this store
