Was served by Finn or Flynn (I forgot his name sorry!) and he was excellent he really helped me decide whether I was after skechers or DCs (I picked the DCs) unreal service and will be happy to place my purchase power back into this store :))))
Great experience and outstanding customer service from Cameron today. Cameron knows his brand and products very well. I had many questions about a specific brand of shoe - New Balance. Cameron is across the different size conversion from men’s to ladies US sizes and also provided me with information on how to find my shoes online if needed. Clearly Cameron knows his stuff, is very good at his job and is an asset to both the brand he represents and his own personal brand. Excellent, excellent service
Too dear
The service we received here today was terrible. We had to wait for service despite being only ones in store. Everything was a effort and the 2 girls at counter seemed very disinterested in being there. Came no where near us whilst trying on the shoe and had to chase them down for a resize. We thankyou for our price as the shoes we wanted were on special but after shopping at many stores that day and being greeted and seen to promptly this experience was very bad.
