I just want to give a big shout out to the lovely girl who helped me last week buy docs for my daughter (who is extremely fussy) back to school shoes. She was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and made the shopping experience on a busy Friday well worth it. Thank you KiKi for all your help!!
The staff are nice, but provide zero help in sizing. I was looking to get advice on getting doc martens as I have orthotics and was given a boot and the staff walked off. I struggled trying to fit my orthotics for 15 minutes into the boot since the heels are steep, yet no one walked over to give me a hand. Although they didn’t have what I wanted, I found Lisa to be very helpful and welcoming. It was nice to be acknowledged and greeted when walking in unlike every other shoe store I went to in the centre that day. Not only was she able to assist someone on the phone but she could multi task in serving myself and my daughter too.
Went in to try on a pair of docs and was expecting disinterested teens. Instead - everyone greeted me (not in a creepy stepford way), we all chatted, they were lovely and friendly and it was just easy. Shout out to Harry for tying up my laces and knowing all the things - this was a no stress visit. Thanks guys
