Went in to buy Birkenstocks, I asked if the ones they had on the shelf were narrow or wide fit and soft or regular sole, the lady said ummm I don’t think they came in different fits, I said they do, she said we only sell them we don’t know anything about them sorry….
The nicest ladies helped me so much today, I had a messy situation but they didnt blink an eye and had all the solutions to solve it and didn’t make me feel like a burden haha. Thank you ladies <3 I appreciated it so much.
I recently went in just for sizing as I'm anticipating the release of a specific pair of Chuck 70s that won't be available in stores, I let the lady who served me know that I had no intentions of making a purchase and that did not effect the fantastic customer service I received, she was absolutely over the moon when I showed her what I'm waiting for and was super super helpful in making sure I knew exactly what size I needed, absolutely highly recommended if you're looking for a store with passionate people to help instead ... read more
