friendly staff, very patient and knowledgeable about their work
i'm a single mother who desperately needed a durable but affordable pair of runners for my child for school. i went in friday afternoon and there were no shoes in store on sale for children. The girl i spoke to understood i had a budget and showed me some alternatives online within my budget and was able to order them straight to my door without having to pay for shipping expenses. recommend this shoe store to anyone in bathurst, great customer service and family friendly!
massive thanks to Rose who helped my husband this morning with a pair of shoes. He recently had ankle surgery so needed a good pair of walking shoes. Rose showed him some New Ballances and they were exactly what he was looking for!
Best customer service in Bathurst! Travelled from Sydney to visit a friend & popped in to buy some Nike shoes. I believe the young girl that served me was named Rose? She was such a vibe and very helpful! She didn’t have the shoe I wanted in stock but got me a similar shoe to try on for size and ordered me the shoe I wanted online and covered the shipping costs!!!
