I have previously had poor experiences with other Platypus shoe stores however today, the service was exceptional. I couldn't decide between 2 pairs of Doc Martens and took forever walking around the store. The guy that helped me was patient and left the store to go get other sizes for me. Twice. Legit amazing work and Im so grateful for his patience. Love my Docs. Extremely happy. Thank you
I'm writing a review about a pair of sneakers I got for Christmas, my sister bought them from this store, like I had for the boots I've talked about in another review. Nothing catastrophic or return warranted for these, however I have reason to believe they have been owned before, as the left shoe is laced differently from the right, and I find it hard to believe manufacturers are lacing shoes differently from the other, the right shoe was laced from over to under, the left was laced under to over, I hope that makes it clear... read more
They are liars, I recently bought a pair of boots from them, after the first use the lining on the inside roof separated due to bad gluing, went in for replacement or repair and their manager tried to tell me that is normal, even though we compared my boots to the shelf model and the lining was definitely separated and I could feel the glue sticking a little but not staying in spot, profits over customers Edit: Contacted them online like the owner said to in their response, no response for weeks. For the boss people, whoever is on shift right now are a joke. 1 girl on the register, 4 other team on the floor and not 1 of them asked if I needed assistance. Pretty crappy customer service guys!
