Even with the Christmas rush the store manager Lauren at Platypus Shoes Indooroopilly provided exceptional customer service. She was very patient and was so helpful in helping me choose the right shoes. Great customer service!
Has turned into the General Pants of being harassed while in store. Went in to try and browse. Kept getting harassed by staff. After having to repeat “I’m just looking at the moment” about 8 times in 3 minutes, I left and went across the road. Was willing to pay more at JD then go to a store that harasses people the entire time they’re trying to browse.
Why does the music have to be so rediculously loud? I just want to buy some shoes, not attend a nightclub. Surely they don't actually think their customers want their ears blasted whilst shopping.
These guys were super helpful with my returns. Particularly Lauren. I ordered online and asked to exchange in-store. From when I called and spoke to her to going in and exchanging my purchase, she was great and made it no fuss. Good range of shoes and a good layout in store also.
