I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with the service I received from Jenna MacDonald. The massage felt rushed, and the pressure was very light, to the point that it did not provide any real benefit. I also felt that my feedback during the session was not acknowledged, which made the communication seem unprofessional. I’ve had massages at other places and can clearly notice the difference in quality. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.
I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with the service I received from Jenna MacDonald. My original review was taken down, im not sure why. People need to understand the goods and bads. They told me they do direct billing, i asked even with sunlife and she said yes. So i took time out of my day and i had to walk at the time and i needed a message pretty bad. When i get there i am told they don't direct bill sunlife. So i was lied to and then i vented my frustrations, they emailed me to take down my original review. They screwed up and didn't really much care that they wasted my time because they can't answer si... read more
