Beautiful furniture. The staff was very helpful.
I purchased living room furniture and a kitchen set here and they were so helpful with selecting styles and fabrics. Four years later and I had an issue with an ottoman leg - they repaired it on the spot for me. Excellent customer service.
We purchased a beautiful living room. Sofa & chairs. The delivery people all three times were superior! They Took great care & even helped us navigate up 2 flights of steps w caution & accuracy. Akeem was the coordinator on all 3 deliveries so I would recommend Platts to everyone.
