The bank tellers at this Platte Valley Bank are absolutely rude. They have absolutely NO a customer service skills whatsoever, show no emotion on their face. Whatever you do, DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They’re horrible. I’m seriously considering switching over to Bank of America which is in general much nicer, the people are nicer, and their mobile banking and systems are much easier to navigate.
