Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with ! She explained everything so well and answered all my questions quickly. Meeting Amanda the branch manager was nice and very welcoming to the bank. They helped with our new checking accounts and loan for a camper ! we are looking forward to dollar bill days for our kiddo !
I called this branch because I had not received my debit card in 2 weeks. I was told it was going to be sent overnight so it would be at my home when I got back into town. Almost 2 weeks later after not receiving it I called this local branch. The gentleman I spoke to from the very beginning of the phone call had an attitude of not caring. I had to ask him what he needed from me so he could help me. Then he essentially implied I was making up being told that I'd receive my card overnight because it wasnt on my account notes.... read more
