Owner lying real bad about fixing issues with attitude, I’ve stopped here all of about three times, and called maybe twice and it’s been the same attitude ever since. Even separating orders out so that when I get it transferred to the Sumner location, I have to wait an hour before I get anything because they placed my one order into two orders. I know material is expensive, but I for sure did not pay $230 for two sticks of pipe and unistrut.

They've now made it where if you need to return something, you have to sign for each item if they arent all from the same po. Then they mail you a separate check for each separate po worth of items. Then I wait 3 weeks for my first check to finally arrive to see that they assumed it goes to my company name, rather than my personal bank account. So I can't even deposit it and now have to have them send a new one. So we're now talking waiting 2 months for my own money, while They've already had the items back in their inventor... read more

They didn't have up to date supplies, the lady at the desk was pretty lack luster, overall meh.
