Called ahead to make sure my ~40min commute wouldn't be wasted. Attendant assured me that what I needed was in stock, but neglected to add that their payment system was down that day (no cash or card).

I tried to return several items and was told that they are franchises and i HAVE TO take it back where i got it from. This was a lie. They are either misinformed or lazy. Very unprofessional and wasted over two hours of my time that i could have been completing a job. I do not recommend this place. Management is crap if this is their standard. Bad customer service.
Foul mouthed and rude employees.
