Worst store they own for customer service ;(, manager the most unprofessional ever .... just plain rude. Make the extra drive to the airport store
Wide variety of tools, great customer service and convenient location. We've been working with Platt for many years and appreciate their knowledge and selection of quality installation equipment.
Platt Electric Staff Is Not Friendly – Whenever I go in to Platt it seems like im just bothering the employees. They make you feel stupid if you dont know exactly what you're talking about. They do have a good selection tho so thats why I gave them 2 stars.
Wow'd! Amazing selection – After leaving their competition empty handed, I walked into Platt Elec., and was immediately helped, and found everything I didnt find in the previous store! GREAT SERVICE!!
