Great electrical shop. Very helpful staff.
Great electrical parts house. They’ll get it ordered for you if they don’t have it. If it’s in their company inventory, they’ll usually have it next day.
My review is from the point of view of a layperson, not an electrician: When first ordering through Platt, the experience was pleasant. The employee was friendly and apologetic when he made a mistake. I decided to order another part while there, and I was told that I could return the product if it didn't work out for my application. When attempting to return it, I was told that they don't do that for "special order" items, even though I was told, when ordering it, that it would not be a problem.
